Welcome to Mastering P.O.P.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Mastering P.O.P website, products, services, programs, memberships, communities, consultations, website development services, educational resources and other offerings provided by Mastering P.O.P.
By using our website, purchasing a product or service, joining a program or community, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise working with Mastering P.O.P, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Mastering P.O.P.
Mastering P.O.P provides digital marketing education, consulting, coaching and services to businesses, organizations and individuals.
Our services may include website development, digital marketing, SEO, local search, content marketing, email marketing, ecommerce, artificial intelligence education, analytics, lead generation, conversion optimization, customer retention, business partnerships and other marketing related services.
We may also offer communities, group coaching, one on one consultations, project based learning programs, educational resources, workshops, training and partner programs.
Our products, services and pricing may change over time.
2. Educational Information
Information provided through Mastering P.O.P, including courses, consultations, Zoom calls, communities, emails, downloads, articles, videos, social media, presentations and other educational materials, is provided for educational and informational purposes.
Every business is different. Strategies discussed by Mastering P.O.P may not produce the same results for every business.
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information provided.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Mastering P.O.P does not guarantee specific business, marketing or financial results.
We cannot guarantee website traffic, Google rankings, leads, customers, sales, revenue, conversions, email subscribers, social media growth or other specific outcomes.
Examples, case studies, results and experiences shared by Mastering P.O.P are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results.
4. Website Development Services
Mastering P.O.P may provide website design and development services.
The specific pages, products, services, features and other items included in your website will be described on the applicable offer page, checkout page, proposal or agreement.
For our current standard website offer, the project may include core website pages and a specified number of service pages or ecommerce products as described on the offer page at the time of purchase.
Additional pages, products, custom functionality, integrations, extensive revisions or work outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Project timelines begin after required onboarding is completed and Mastering P.O.P receives the information, content, images, account access and other materials necessary to begin the project.
Delays in providing requested materials or access may delay completion of your website.
5. Website Content and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their business, services, products, policies, pricing, licensing, certifications and other business information.
You are responsible for reviewing your website and notifying Mastering P.O.P of corrections or requested revisions within the applicable revision period.
You represent that you have permission to use any logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, written material or other content you provide to Mastering P.O.P.
Mastering P.O.P is not responsible for copyright, trademark or other claims resulting from materials supplied by the client.
6. Website Platforms and Third Party Costs
Website projects may require third party platforms, software, domains, hosting, applications, plugins, email services or other technology.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in your offer or agreement, these third party costs are separate from fees paid to Mastering P.O.P.
We will discuss applicable platform and third party costs with you when appropriate.
Mastering P.O.P does not control third party pricing, policies, availability, features or service interruptions.
7. Revisions and Additional Work
Website projects and other project based services include only the revisions stated in the applicable offer, proposal or agreement.
Requests that substantially change the original project, require additional pages or products, introduce new functionality or otherwise fall outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.
We will discuss additional work and pricing with you before proceeding.
8. Memberships, Communities and Coaching
Some Mastering P.O.P programs may be offered as recurring memberships or subscriptions.
The price and billing frequency shown at checkout when you purchase will apply to your subscription.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the stated billing frequency until the subscription is canceled.
Canceling a membership stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or stated in the specific offer, cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for amounts previously paid.
Access to membership content, communities, coaching calls or other membership benefits may end when the paid membership period expires.
9. Consultations and One on One Services
Mastering P.O.P may offer consultations, strategy sessions and other one on one services.
You are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and providing any information needed for the session.
A consultation provides professional marketing observations, education and recommendations. Purchasing a consultation does not guarantee any particular business result.
10. Project Based Learning and Educational Programs
Mastering P.O.P may provide educational programs to students, schools, teachers, organizations, camps, business programs and other groups.
Educational materials are intended for learning purposes and may be adapted based on the program, audience and organization.
Participation in an educational program does not guarantee employment, business income, certifications or any particular professional outcome.
11. Virtual Assistant Programs and Business Training
Mastering P.O.P may provide marketing education, coaching and support for virtual assistants, virtual assistant companies and their teams.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, Mastering P.O.P does not employ, manage, supervise or control participating virtual assistants.
Organizations remain responsible for their employees, contractors, staffing decisions, work product and client relationships.
12. Partner Services and Third Party Offers
Mastering P.O.P may work with or refer customers to third party companies, platforms and service providers.
These may include technology providers, payment processing companies, marketing platforms and other business service providers.
A referral or partnership does not mean Mastering P.O.P controls the third party's products, services, pricing, policies or performance.
Some partnerships or referrals may provide Mastering P.O.P with compensation, commissions, referral fees or other benefits.
Your relationship with a third party may also be subject to that company's separate terms and policies.
13. Payment Processing Services
Mastering P.O.P may introduce businesses to third party payment processing providers or provide access to processing cost reviews and related resources.
Any savings calculations, estimates or comparisons are estimates only and are not guarantees of future savings.
Payment processing approval, rates, fees, equipment, contracts and services are determined by the applicable payment processing provider.
14. Payments
Prices are displayed on the applicable offer, checkout, invoice, proposal or service page.
Payment may be processed through third party payment providers.
Some purchases may offer payment options such as Klarna, Afterpay or other third party financing or installment services.
Availability and approval for these payment options are determined by the third party provider. Mastering P.O.P does not determine eligibility, approval, payment schedules, financing terms or other requirements associated with these services.
You remain responsible for complying with the terms of any payment provider you choose.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Because Mastering P.O.P provides digital products, professional services, educational programs, consultations and access to digital content, refund eligibility may vary by offer.
Any refund or cancellation terms specifically displayed on the offer page, checkout page, proposal or agreement at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.
Once work has begun on a custom or project based service, amounts paid may become nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Mastering P.O.P reserves the right to evaluate refund requests based on the service purchased, work already performed and applicable law.
16. Free Resources and Digital Materials
Mastering P.O.P may provide free downloads, templates, articles, emails, videos, checklists and other resources.
These resources are provided for educational purposes and may not be sold, reproduced, republished, distributed or represented as your own without written permission from Mastering P.O.P
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Mastering P.O.P owns or licenses the content created for its website, courses, programs, training, presentations, downloads, templates, videos and other educational materials.
Purchasing or accessing Mastering P.O.P materials gives you permission to use them for their intended personal or business purpose. It does not transfer ownership of Mastering P.O.P's intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish or create competing materials using Mastering P.O.P proprietary content without written permission.
For custom website projects, ownership and usage rights for completed client specific website materials will be determined by the applicable service terms, proposal or agreement and may be subject to third party platform licensing requirements.
18. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, communities, programs or services.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with our services, distribute malicious software, harass other community members or use Mastering P.O.P materials unlawfully.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated.

Our website and services may contain links to or use third party websites, applications, platforms and tools.
Mastering P.O.P is not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, content, pricing, policies or performance of third party services.

Mastering P.O.P may teach, recommend or use artificial intelligence tools as part of its educational or professional services.
AI generated information may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication or business use.
Clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving information used in their businesses.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mastering P.O.P will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, educational materials, products or services.
Mastering P.O.P is not responsible for business decisions made based on educational information or recommendations provided through our services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
