Because Mastering P.O.P provides professional services, coaching, consultations and digital access, payments are generally non-refundable once services have begun or access has been provided.

Services, Coaching & Consultations

Mastering P.O.P provides digital marketing services, website design, one-on-one strategy consultations, ongoing coaching, community access and other professional services.

Payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered.

For one-on-one consultations and strategy sessions, payment reserves time on our calendar. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact us in advance to reschedule. Missed appointments and completed consultations are non-refundable.

Website Design & Other Project-Based Services

Payments made toward website design, marketing projects and other project-based services are non-refundable once work has begun.

For projects that require an initial payment or deposit before work begins, that payment reserves time on our schedule and allows us to begin planning, research, design, setup and other work associated with your project.

If a project includes multiple payments or installments, the payment schedule and project terms provided for that specific engagement will apply.

Ongoing Coaching & Community

Payments for ongoing coaching, membership or community access are non-refundable for billing periods that have already been charged.

You may cancel future recurring payments at any time before your next billing date. Canceling prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for payments already processed or for any portion of the current billing period.

Digital Products & Resources

Any downloadable resources, templates, training materials, recordings or other digital content purchased from Mastering P.O.P are non-refundable once access has been provided.
