Website Design Terms & Service Agreement 

By purchasing this $600 website design service from Mastering P.O.P., you agree to the following terms:

Website Package

Your $600 website includes the design and setup of:

• Home page
• About Us page
• Contact page
• Services page
• Up to five individual service pages for your primary services

Your package also includes email capture and welcome email setup, push notification setup, basic SEO optimization, Google Analytics and Search Console setup, and mobile-friendly design.

Additional pages, features, integrations or work outside of this package are not included in the $600 purchase price. If additional work is requested, pricing will be discussed and approved before that work begins.

Onboarding

After purchasing, you will complete a short onboarding process so Mastering P.O.P. can learn more about your business and prepare for your one-on-one meeting.

You may be asked to provide information including your business name, contact information, city and state, business address if you want it displayed, services, requested service pages, branding, images and links to existing websites or online profiles.

One-on-One Website Call

After completing onboarding, you will schedule a private one-on-one Zoom with Mastering P.O.P.

During this meeting, we'll review your business, services, selected website design, onboarding information and the platform that will be used for your website. We'll also discuss any additional information or materials needed before website design begins.

Website Platform & Third-Party Costs

The platform used to create and operate your website will be explained during your one-on-one Zoom before website design begins.

The $600 website design fee does not include ongoing platform fees, domain fees, optional paid apps or other third-party services that may be needed or requested. Any applicable ongoing costs will be discussed with you before website design begins.

24–48 Hour Turnaround

The 24–48 hour turnaround begins after onboarding and your one-on-one Zoom are complete and Mastering P.O.P. has received all information, content, images, account access and other materials needed to complete your website.

Delays in providing requested information or materials may delay completion.

Content & Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, services, licensing, pricing, claims and other business information.

You confirm that you have permission to use any logos, photographs, written content or other materials you provide to Mastering P.O.P.

Revisions

Your package includes one round of reasonable revisions to the initial website.

Major changes to the approved direction, additional pages, additional services or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee. Any additional pricing will be discussed before that work begins.

Refunds & Cancellations

Your website platform will be discussed during your one-on-one Zoom before website design begins.

If you decide during that meeting that you do not want your website created on the platform used by Mastering P.O.P., you may cancel the website project and receive a refund of your $600 website design payment.

Once you approve moving forward with the platform and Mastering P.O.P. begins website design work, your purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

Portfolio & Marketing Permission

You grant Mastering P.O.P. permission to display your completed website, business name, logo and screenshots of the website in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, case studies and other marketing materials for the purpose of showcasing our work.

This permission does not include confidential business information or customer information.

Client Approval & Website Launch

You are responsible for reviewing your website and providing requested feedback and approval.

Once your website is approved and published or otherwise delivered for your business, ongoing changes, maintenance, marketing or additional website work are not included unless separately purchased or agreed upon.

Agreement

By completing your $600 website purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these terms.

Once onboarding and your Zoom are complete and we have everything needed, we'll begin customizing your website.

48-72 Hour Turnaround

Your 48–72 hour turnaround begins once onboarding and your Zoom are complete and we've received everything needed for your website.

Before You Purchase 

We'll review the website platform, ongoing platform costs and anything else you'll need to know during your one-on-one Zoom before your website design begins.

If you decide during that meeting that you do not want your website created on the platform we use, you may cancel and receive a refund at that time. Once you approve the platform and website work begins, your purchase becomes non-refundable.

If you decide at that time that you do not want your website created on the platform used by Mastering P.O.P., you may cancel the project and receive a refund. Once you approve the platform and website design work begins, all payments become final and non-refundable.
